PestHelp is a consumer connection service operated at pesthelp.us. PestHelp is not a pest-control company. PestHelp does not perform pest-control services, does not employ exterminators or technicians, and does not inspect, treat or warranty any property.

2. Independent providers

Any pest-control service is performed by an independent third-party provider. PestHelp is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any agreement, quote, schedule, service, product, guarantee or dispute between you and a provider. PestHelp does not independently verify licensing, insurance, bonding, background checks or certifications, and a connection is not an endorsement or recommendation.

3. No guarantee of availability or outcome

PestHelp does not guarantee that a provider serves your area, that a call will be answered, or that any particular result will be achieved. Availability varies by location, time and provider participation.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information and describe your situation honestly.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and only for your own inquiries.
• Do not submit another person's contact details without their permission, and do not submit automated, bulk or fraudulent requests.
• Evaluate any provider yourself before agreeing to service.

5. Calls, recording and contact

Calls placed through numbers on this site may be routed through a call-tracking service and may be recorded or monitored where permitted by law and where notice is given. By submitting a request you agree PestHelp or a participating provider may contact you about it. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Compensation

PestHelp may receive compensation from advertisers or pay-per-call networks when a call or request is connected to a participating provider. See the Advertising Disclosure.

7. Content
