Who we are

PestHelp (pesthelp.us) is a consumer connection service. We help connect consumers with independent pest-control providers. We do not perform pest-control services.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. A ZIP code or pest category you enter to check availability, and the name, email address and message you send through our support contact form. We do not collect consumer phone numbers for pest-control service requests.
• Call information. If you call a number published on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking provider, which can record the calling number, time, duration and routing outcome. Where call recording is in use, a notice is provided before or at the start of the call.
• Website and advertising information. Pages viewed, referring URL, approximate device type, and campaign parameters such as UTM values and advertising click identifiers. This is collected only in line with your consent choices.

How we use information

• To route your call to a participating independent provider.
• To respond to questions you send us.
• To measure which pages and campaigns lead to connections.
• To detect abuse, spam and fraudulent submissions.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

How we share information

When you call a number published on this site, your call and the associated call metadata may be shared with a pay-per-call network and with the independent participating provider that answers. Those parties are independent businesses and handle your information under their own privacy practices.

We also use service providers for hosting, call routing, analytics and advertising measurement. We do not sell your name, phone number or email address for unrelated third-party marketing.

Advertising and analytics

With your consent, we use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how people use this site and which campaigns lead to connections. You can change your choice at any time.

• Ask us to correct or delete your information.

• Ask a provider directly to stop contacting you.

Calls and text messages

PestHelp does not call or text consumers, and does not collect phone numbers for pest-control service. When you place a call yourself, the independent provider that answers may follow up with you about that call. Standard carrier charges may apply. You can ask a provider to stop contacting you at any time.

Data retention

We keep call records and support messages only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping, then delete or de-identify them.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above.
