Serving consumers across Ohio · Availability varies by ZIP and participating provider

The process

How PestHelp Works

PestHelp is a consumer connection service. Our role is to help you reach an independent pest-control provider serving your area — nothing more, and nothing hidden.

1

You tell us where you need help

Enter your ZIP code, pick the pest category that fits, or check your area. Nothing you enter commits you to anything.

2

We check participating coverage

PestHelp looks at whether an independent participating provider currently covers that area. Coverage varies by location, time of day and provider participation, and it can change.

3

You're connected

When coverage is available, your call may be routed to a participating provider. If it isn't, the call may not connect — PestHelp does not take your details for a later callback.

4

You talk directly with the provider

The provider handles the inspection, scope, scheduling, pricing and the work itself. PestHelp is not part of that conversation or agreement.

What PestHelp does not do

  • PestHelp does not perform pest-control services.
  • PestHelp does not employ exterminators or technicians.
  • PestHelp does not inspect, treat or warranty any property.
  • PestHelp does not set, quote or guarantee pricing.
  • PestHelp does not guarantee that a provider is available in any given area or at any given time.
  • PestHelp does not independently verify provider licensing, insurance or certifications.

How PestHelp is paid

PestHelp may be compensated by advertisers or partner networks when a consumer call is connected to a participating provider. This compensation does not add a fee to what you pay, and it does not mean a provider is endorsed, ranked or verified by PestHelp.

When you can call

Call availability varies by location and participating provider.

What to ask a provider

PestHelp does not independently verify licensing, insurance, bonding, background checks or certifications for participating providers. Ask directly, and get the answers in writing.

  • Licensing for this type of work where it is required
  • Insurance coverage
  • Total price and what the estimate includes
  • Scope of service and what is excluded
  • Any warranty or re-service period, and its conditions
  • The treatment plan and how many visits it involves
  • Follow-up visits and what triggers them
  • Products used and any label restrictions
  • Household safety instructions for people and pets

Check your area

PestHelp is a consumer connection service and does not itself perform pest-control services. Service availability, pricing, scheduling, licensing, warranties and service terms are determined by the independent provider that receives your call.
